My name is Alyssa and I’ve been in the industry for over four years. I’m certified in full body waxing, lash lifts, brow laminations and advanced skincare such as dermaplaning, microdermabrasion, microneedling and chemical peels. POLICIES FOR LATE ARRIVAL, CANCELLATIONS & NO SHOWS: As part of my commitment to providing you with the best possible service, I have updated my policies on late arrival, cancellations, and no-shows. These changes are designed to ensure that I can continue to provide you with the highest level of service while also respecting the time of my other clients. Late Arrival Policy: I understand that sometimes things happen that are out of your control, and I will always do my best to accommodate you if you are running late. However, if you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, I may need to reschedule your service or adjust the length of your appointment to ensure that I can stay on schedule for other clients. Cancellation Policy: I require at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations. If you cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours' notice, I may need to charge you a cancellation fee of 25%. No-Show Policy: If you do not show up for your appointment and do not give any notice, I may need to charge you a no-show fee of 25% of the service booked. I understand that these policies may be inconvenient at times, but I hope that you understand that they are necessary to ensure that I can continue to provide you with the best possible service.
